When you leave a comment, we collect the information you enter, along with your IP address and browser details to help us detect spam.
A hashed version of your email may be sent to the Gravatar service to check if you use it. Once your comment is approved, your profile image (if available) will appear next to it.
Media
If you upload images, avoid adding photos that contain embedded location data (EXIF GPS). Other visitors may be able to download and extract that information.
Cookies
- If you comment on our site, you may choose to save your name, email, and website in cookies for future convenience. These last one year.
- When visiting the login page, a temporary cookie is set to check if your browser accepts cookies-this contains no personal information.
